CLAY AND OWEN COUNTIES, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces State Road 42 will close on or after Monday, July 12 for a small structure replacement project. The closure on S.R. 42 is located at the Clay and Owen County Line. This is located just east of Poland.
The detour follows S.R. 59, I-70, S.R. 243 and back.
E & B Paving LLC was awarded the $445,894 contract. The roadway is scheduled to reopen on August 13.
