DDRS provider webinar – COVID-19 updates and guidance
The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services is committed to working collaboratively with case managers and providers during this extraordinary time. We appreciate the hands-on and coordinated efforts and responses our case managers and providers have demonstrated. As part of this commitment, DDRS will be hosting a one-hour provider webinar on Friday, March 20,2020, at 2 p.m EDT. The webinar will include updates from First Steps, the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services outlining general provider expectations and specific guidance for common issues / questions.
The webinar will be held via WebEx and can be accessed using the link below. Please note – the capacity for the webinar is limited to 200 individuals. With this in mind, we encourage providers to limit their participation to one individual/line to allow for maximum participation. For those individuals unable to access the webinar, it will be recorded and posted to the DDRS COVID-19 webpage.
