Hunter Education Class

The Greencastle Police Department and Clint Cooper with Carpenter Realtors is co-sponsoring a Hunter Education Class at Harmony Baptist Church located at 3125 S. Co. Rd. 150 W. Greencastle, IN.  The class will be on the following dates and times; March 10 6pm -9pm, March 12 6pm-9pm, and March 14 8 am-1 pm.  The class is 10 hours long and you must attend all 10 hours to complete the course.  To register for the class go to www.indianahuntereducation.com and click on the traditional course.  Scroll down to March 10, click on the event, click on the green box that says register now and fill out the registration form.  Students are encouraged to bring a pen, pencil, or highlighter to take notes.

Indiana Hunter Education Courses provide instruction in the areas of safe firearm use and handling while hunting, as well as in the home, hunter ethics and responsibility, game identification, and conservation management. Anyone born after December 31, 1986 is required to be certified in Hunter Education before they can purchase a hunting license.
