(Greencastle, Ind.) DePauw University has completed work at the intersection of College Street and Olive Street allowing the traffic pattern to return to a one-way traffic flow northbound. Two-way traffic is no longer in effect on College Street south of campus.
The Greencastle Department of Public Works has reset all of the signage between Berry Street and Olive Street reminding drivers that traffic flow is one-way northbound. Temporary signage has been installed at the intersection of College and Olive. These temporary signs will soon be replaced by signage on decorative posts that match the other signs in and around campus.
Neighbors and residents of the area south of campus are reminded that construction continues on the new dormitory and at the Lilly Center. Although Olive Street is open, drivers should be alert for construction traffic and pedestrians in and around the College Street and Olive Street intersection.
