Concrete patching project will flag motorists around construction at State Road 25 this week Nightly

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces motorists will be flagged around construction at the intersection of State Road 25 at U.S. 52/231, beginning Tuesday, September 24 through Thursday, September 26 and will occur between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. each night.  The traffic signal at this intersection will be set to flash mode and motorist will be flagged around the concrete patching work taking place.

Rieth-Riley Construction was awarded this contract for $2.58 million. This project also includes concrete patching work on Veterans Memorial Parkway from U.S. 231 to the Elliott Ditch Bridge and on State Road 25 from the intersection of U.S. 52/231 to three tenths of one mile west of there.  This work is scheduled for completion in early November.

INDOT reminds motorists to follow the posted work zone speed limit, use caution and consider worker safety when traveling through a construction zone.
