(Atlanta, GA)  —  Eight different Pacers scored in double-figures as they outlasted the Hawks 129-121 in Atlanta.  Thaddeus Young led Indiana with 21 points in the win.  The Pacers improved to 23-and-12, which is good for third in the East.  They’ll return home to host Detroit on Friday.

>>Colts Prep For Titans

(Indianapolis, IN)  —  The Colts continue prepping for Sunday’s showdown with the Tennessee Titans.  A Wild Card berth is on the line for the winner, while the loser will be out of the playoffs.  Andrew Luck is 10-and-0 against the Titans since entering the league.  Tennessee quarterback Marcus Mariota is dealing with a stinger and is questionable.

>>Purdue Battles Auburn Tomorrow, Notre Dame Faces Clemson Saturday

(Undated)  —  Purdue takes the field tomorrow when it faces Auburn at the Music City Bowl in Nashville.  The Boilermakers beat Indiana in the regular season finale to get to 6-and-6 and lock up a bowl bid.  They seek their second straight bowl win.  Notre Dame clashes with Clemson on Saturday in the College Football Playoff Semifinal.  That games kicks off at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.  The winner will advance to the National Championship Game.

>>Irsay Gives Purdue Superfan Trent Ride To Bowl Game

(Nashville, TN)  —  The Colts are providing transportation for Purdue superfan Tyler Trent to go to the Music City Bowl.   Colts owner Jim Irsay flew Trent and his family to Nashville for the game yesterday.  Trent is a former Purdue student who is dealing with bone cancer that has reached the terminal stage.  He has been a source of inspiration for both the Boilermakers and Colts this year.

(Undated)  —  In college hoops action tomorrow, IUPUI visits Northern Kentucky.  On Saturday’s schedule, Purdue hosts Belmont, Notre Dame hosts Coppin State and Butler visits Florida.  Indiana returns to action on January 3rd against Illinois.
