Patricia Ann Runyon Williams Anderson, 81, of Plainfield and formerly of Crawfordsville went to be with the Lord on Friday, Aug. 24, 2018.
She was born Sept. 11, 1936, at Lafayette, to Herbert B. and Beulah (Snider) Runyon, who preceded her in death.
She was married to Darrell K. Williams on March 11, 1955. They were married 35 years. Darrell went home to be with the Lord on Oct. 29, 1990. They have three children, Jeffrey D. Williams of Lebanon, David W. (Denise Rose) Williams of Carpentersville, Illinois, and Denise L. Williams Dossett of Crawfordsville.
She was a farm wife for 35 years. They raised their three children in a Christian home and were very active in many churches. They lived on the family farm near Garfield. They all worked very hard and made many memories on that farm.
They had six grandchildren, Brian of California, Valerie Dossett of Darlington and Darrell, Candace, Patrick and Chad Williams, all of Carpentersville, Illinois.
She has two brothers, Ron (Sally) Runyon of Florida and Herbert (Judy) Runyon of Georgia and a sister-in-law, Patty Williams of Thorntown, who was married to Ed Williams.
Darrell’s parents, Lowell and Laverne Williams, and his brother, Ed, preceded her in death.
She also has several nieces and nephews.
Patricia then married George Anderson on May 14, 1994, at Plainfield. She has two step-sons, Norman (Nikki) and Byron (Vicki) Anderson, both of Plainfield. She has six step-grandchildren and 15 step-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at Faith Baptist Church, Avon. Viewing will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, with a service at 7 p.m.
