Purdue Extension to Host Mini Day Camps

 

School is officially out, so it is time to let the summer fun begin.

 Purdue Extension will be hosting two Agriculture and Natural Resource Mini Day Camps for 1st grade through 4th grade youth as of January 1, 2018.

 The Mini Day Camps will be held from 10 am to 2 pm at the Putnam County Fairgrounds in the York Automotive Family Community Building. The cost of the camp is $10 per day and lunch will be provided. Space is limited to the first twelve kids, so sign up early.  The days are as followed:

June 26th– Natural Resource Day

·         Activities will involve learning about soil, water, and trees.

July 6th– How Does It Grow?

·         Activities will involve learning how plants and insects grow.

Individuals are welcome to attend one single day or both days. Registration forms can be found on the Purdue Extension – Putnam County website.  Registration and payment are due by June 20th to the Purdue Extension Putnam County Office.
