A handful of Hoosier hunters paid a Brownsburg man to do their taxidermy work, but the only things getting stuffed were the man’s pockets. Indiana Conservation Officers say Kevin McGrotty, owner of Brownsburg Taxidermy, fleeced 16 customers out of more than $4,000. He collected their prized hides, mounts and antlers, but never did the work he promised. McGrotty was arrested Tuesday and charged with 16 counts of Theft and one count of Corrupt Business Practices. His taxidermy license has been revoked.
