On Tuesday, February 14 at approximately 11:00 a.m., Greencastle Police Officer Nick Eastham was dispatched to the drive thru at Teacher’s Credit Union in reference to a subject reported passed out in his vehicle sitting in the drive thru, later identified as Brandon Rumley age 45 of Greencastle. During the course of the investigation the following items were found on Rumley & in his vehicle. One baggy containing eight round white pills that were identified as Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride, one baggy containing 14 and a half round blue pills that were identified as Alprazolam, marijuana, and three baggies of shrooms. Mr. Rumley was remanded to the care of the jail staff pending review of charges by the Putnam County Prosecutors Office for three counts of possession of a controlled substance Schedule 1, 2, 4, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
