A domestic violence investigation from September turned into a child molestation case yesterday when police interviewed a minor that told the investigator that Daniel Cull, age 35 of Greencastle had touched her inappropriately on two separate occasions. The incidents occurred once when she was only 6 years old and again when she was 12. Police interviewed Cull who later admitted to the crimes. A warrant for Cull’s arrest was issued by Putnam County Superior Court Judge Denny Bridges. When the arrest is made Cull when then receive a date for his initial hearing. If Cull is found guilty of Child Molestation he could face a Class C Felony charge with up to 8 years in prison with a $10,000 fine.
