Putnam County Indiana Bicentennial Torch Coming to Greencastle Area Today!

The Putnam County Indiana Bicentennial Torch Relay Celebration will be held at multiple locations today as the Bicentennial torch is carried through Putnam County. The locations and times of the celebrations are as follows. Putnamville United Methodist Church at 5pm, Forest Hill Cemetery and Civil War Monument at 5:20pm, Robe Ann Park/ DAR Cabin at 5:30pm, DePauw University -East College at 5:35pm, Court House Square at 5:45pm, Greencastle High School at 6pm,  People Pathways Trail Shelter in Greencastle at 6:15pm,  (one small change, instead of using the People Pathways between the 2 shelters, they will be traveling down US 240-which runs parallel to the pathway and will be much smoother) then at 6:30pm People Pathways Trail Shelter in Fillmore is the next stop, followed by the Fillmore Community Volunteer Fire Station at 6:50pm, Floyd Township Fire Station at 7:15pm, Bainbridge Elementary School at 7:45pm and finally Baker’s Camp Bridge at 8pm.
