One Probation Violation Leads Hendricks Co Deputies to Make 4 Drug Arrests

On July 1st, Hendricks County Deputies were serving an arrest warrant for Probation Violation on Pierce Dr. in Plainfield, when they discovered Prescription Pills, Methamphetamine, Heroin, and Paraphernalia inside the residence. Officers obtained a search warrant and conducted a further investigation of the residence, which led to the arrest of 4 individuals on various drug charges.
Devin Stayte, 20, of Plainfield, was arrested for Dealing Methamphetamines (Level 5 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamines (Level 6 Felony), Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony), and Possession of Paraphernalia (C- Misdemeanor).
Jennifer Stayte, 39, of Plainfield, was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamines (Level 6 Felony), and Possession of Paraphernalia (C-Misdemeanor).
James Gillum, 42, of Indianapolis, was arrested for Possession of Heroin (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Methamphetamines (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a Schedule II Drug (A-Misdemeanor), Possession of Paraphernalia (A- Misdemeanor), and Visiting a Common Nuisance (B- Misdemeanor).
Erica Farrell, 40, of Indianapolis, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines (Level 6 Felony), Possession of Paraphernalia (A- Misdemeanor), Possession of Marijuana (B Misdemeanor), and Visiting a Common Nuisance (B Misdemeanor).
