Rosedale Search Warrant Leads to Five Arrests

On June 23rd, at approximately 9AM, Parke County deputies and Indiana State Police assisted the Rosedale Town Marshall in executing a search warrant at a residence on W. South Street in Rosedale. The search warrant was in reference to an ongoing Parke County Burglary investigation. During the search, suspected Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, Marijuana, and Pills were located, as well two suspected Stolen Fire Arms, and several items of Suspected Stolen Property. This search warrant also resulted in the arrest of five suspects at the scene: Joseph Stephens, 38, of Rosedale, is being held on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Stolen Property, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Shannon Stephens, 38, of Rosedale, is being held on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Stolen Property, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Dakota Stephens, 20, of Rosedale, is being held on charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Resisting Law Enforcement. Michael McDaniel, 58, of Rosedale, is being held on charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Ruben Floyd, 43, of Brazil, is being held on charges of Visiting a Common Nuisance, False Informing, and Identity Theft.
