Friends of 911 Awards Scholarship to Local Telecommunicator

Erin Miller of the Hendricks County Communications Center has recently been recognized for her outstanding commitment and work ethic by the Friends of 911. Miller was awarded the Telecommunication Continuing Education Annual Scholarship presented by the Friends of 911 on June 12th. This Scholarship award recognizes Miller’s commitment to her community on a national level and will provide her with registration to the NENA 2016 Conference & Expo. Miller will also be given a one day professional training course. A congratulations goes out to Miller for this outstanding achievement. Also a thank you also goes out to the individuals that have taken it upon themselves to become emergency telecommunicators of our communities.
