On June 15th Parke County Deputies located and arrested Aaron W. Lucas, age 42 for an active warrant for OWI with .15 or greater, OWI Endangering and Operating Vehicle with Schedule I or II Controlled Substance in Person’s Body. His bond was set at $8,000.
