The Parke County Sheriff’s Department worked two separate investigations of Theft on April 24th. One of the investigations ended with an arrest. The first case occurred at 11:46am when deputies incarcerated Jeffery Allen Hornbook on an outstanding Parke County warrant for Theft at a residence in Coloma. Hornbook was booked into the Parke County Jail on a $5,000 bond. Deputies also investigated a theft that occurred in rural Rockville at 2:03pm. The suspects are known at this time and the investigation is still ongoing.
