On April 3rd, Parke County Deputies stopped a 2006 Black Chevrolet Cobalt at the Valero on US 41. Deputies had received info that the driver, Samuel L. Nevill Jr., age 49 of Seelyville, was a Habitual Traffic Violator. During the stop deputies located Meth in the back floor boards of the vehicle near an 19 month old child. The passenger and grandmother of the child, Amy L. Mullenix, age 47 of Terre Haute, was arrested for possession of Meth. Neil was arrested for Habitual Traffic Violator and Possession of Meth. Both are being held on a $10,000 bond. Child Protective services were notified and the 19 month old was returned to her mother.
