With the recent death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, Governor Mike Pence has ordered that all state facilities to fly their state flag at half-staff. The flags will continue to be at half-staff until sunset on the day that Scalia is laid to rest. Governor Pence also encourages local businesses and residents to show their respect for Scalia by lowering their state flags. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia lived to be 79 years old and served on the supreme court for almost 30 years. Scalia passed away on Saturday, February 13th of natural causes.
