Otis H. Patrick, D.V.M , 86, of Eminence, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016 in Greencastle.
He was born June 5, 1929 in Morgan County. He was the son of the late Oscar and Marjorie L. (Coffman) Patrick.
He married Pam (Sinclair) Patrick in 1978, and she survives.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict.
He was a veterinarian in the Eminence area for 54 years. He loved working with animals as well as the public.
He was a member of the Scottish Rite and the Masonic Lodge.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter, Jaime Sites and husband John, Centerton; two grandchildren, Violette Sites and Nicholas Sites; and nephew, Brian Patrick, Eminence.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Carl E. Patrick.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at the funeral home.
