A car crash in Morgan County Saturday sent a driver and two sheriff’s deputies to the hospital. Officials with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call near Old State Road 37 and State Road 37 that a car had gone off the road and into a retention pond. The two deputies waded into the pond and got the 24-year-old driver of the car out before transporting him to the hospital. They too were taken to the hospital as a precaution against hypothermia. They have since been treated and released.
