Oberlin, Ohio – A total team effort was on display in DePauw’s 6-0 win over Oberlin on Saturday as five different Tigers contributed to the scoring.
Freshman Rose Revolinski recorded her first multi-goal game at DePauw scoring once in both halves. She gave the Tigers a 2-0 lead at 26:13 and scored the first goal of the second half at 50:38.
DePauw stayed on the offensive for the majority of the game with 36 shots and 24 shots on goal. Grace Goodbarn (14:17) and Paige Berliner (29:22) also scored in the first half to give the Tigers a 3-0 halftime lead.
Tori Wittemann (57:48) and Natalie Abbott (62:29) concluded the scoring in the second half.
Berliner recorded two assists, while Grace Waldman and Annie Stevenson each recorded one.
DePauw also took 17 penalty corners. Looking at Oberlin’s numbers, they took just two shots, three penalty corners and their goalie made 18 saves.
Sarah Guendert took the win in the net but split the shutout with Sarah Foye who took over in the final 7:56.
The Tigers move to 10-3 overall and 9-1 in the NCAC. They return home Saturday to face Kenyon.
