Ronald A. Freeman, 64, Cloverdale, passed away on October 10, 2015 at his residence. He was born on November 27, 1950 at Chicago, Illinois and was the son of the late Adolph L. Freeman. He was to married Sharon (Hipps) Freeman and she survives.
He is survived by his children, Angela Freeman, Plainfield, Joseph Freeman, Monrovia and Chris Watson, Indianapolis, his siblings, Martha Personett and husband Damion, Greencastle, Diana Gabbard, Gas City, Joann Snapp and husband Mike, Greencastle, Kathy Garrison and husband Mark, Greencastle, Bob Freeman and wife Susan, Sullivan and honorary brother Bob Roach, Terre Haute, his grandchildren, Tim Allen, Avon, Brandon Allen, West Lafayette, Gage Freeman, Monrovia, Brody Watson, Greencastle, Lindy Watson, Greencastle and his beloved dogs, Bo, Daisy, Benji and BJ.
He was a retired laborer having been employed by the Indiana State High Department, Putnam County Courthouse, Holiday Inn and the Putnam County Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step- mother, Dorothy M. Freeman, his siblings, Patty Scank and David Akers, his grandparents, Clarence Freeman, Gale and Edith Clark, his nieces, Tammy Myers and Tanae Garrison, his brother-in-laws, Duane McClure and Bob Gabbard and his dog, Buddy.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2015 from 4:00 PM until service time.
