ISP Arrest Indianapolis Man for Auto Theft

On September 4th at 10:41pm, Indiana State Police Troopers Kyle Hall and James Crisp stopped at the Marathon Convenience Mart on State Road 243 just south of Interstate 70. As the troopers entered the lot, they noticed a suspicious vehicle and male occupant and decided to investigate further. A registration check revealed the Chrysler 300 passenger car was reported stolen on August 18, 2015 to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police and the male, Larry D. Criscillies, age 29, of Indianapolis did not have a valid driver’s license. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Putnam County Jail for charges of Auto Theft, Possession of Stolen Property, and a Habitual Traffic Violator.
