Pacers Face Timberwolves Tonight
The Pacers hit the road tonight for their penultimate preseason contest. Indiana is in Minneapolis to face the Timberwolves at Target Center. The Pacers are 2-and-3 after stopping a three-game slide against Dallas on Saturday. Tip is scheduled for 8:00. The pregame is at 7:30 on wreb.
Pacers’ George Recovering Well
Pacers forward Paul George is making progress less than three months after suffering a compound fracture in his right leg. George was seen Monday shooting jumpers in a gym after practice. He was cleared to put weight on the leg and do upper-body work in late September.
Colts Could Be Without Wayne Sunday
The Colts are uncertain of wide receiver Reggie Wayne’s status going forward. Wayne injured his elbow in Sunday’s win over the Bengals and multiple sources say he could miss a game or two. The 35-year-old has 38 catches for 434 yards and a touchdown this season.
Pacers Face Timberwolves Tomorrow
The Pacers return to preseason action tomorrow night in Minnesota against the Timberwolves. Indiana beat the Mavericks 98-93 on Saturday and now sits at 2-and-3 during the preseason. The Timberwolves are 2-and-2 after beating the Thunder last night.
Colts Turn Focus To Steelers
The Colts are shifting gears to prepare for their Week Eight road matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Indianapolis is now 5-and-2 after yesterday’s win over the Bengals. Pittsburgh sits at 3-and-3 and will take the field tonight at home against the Houston Texans.
